The Company is primarily engaged in business of payment gateway services. The service charge on payment gateway transactions is the key income generator, likely linked to transaction volumes processed through the platform. Initially, Company engaged in the business of Leasing Finance, Payment Solution and Incidental Services. The Company has pioneered in complex technologies such as AI-based financial solutions, AI-based switching and routing solutions for e-commerce and banks, cross-border AI-based switching solutions, and global payment routing solutions. It offers business platforms developed entirely through cloud-based, using technologies like AI, Machine Learning, and Java. In 2018, GLLFL had gone a change when a young and visionary group took over the Company's management. With a paid-up capital of 14.87 Cr. and a net worth of 15 Cr. as of March 31, 2023, it embarked on a mission to transition from a conventional lending NBFC to a modern technology provider. Since then, the Company made rapid advancements in developing new-based platforms, including payment gateway solutions, digital lending platforms, debt restructuring apps, and AEPS-based platforms. During FY2024-25, GLLFL strengthened its core business of payment gateway services through its digital platform, India Online Pay. The Company witnessed steady growth in transaction volumes, through increasing digital payments among small businesses and online merchants. Company undertook focused investments in technology integration, platform scalability, and regulatory compliance. It launched two major upcoming digital lending platforms -Ashapurti Loans and Bade Bhaisab, which are to serve as significant catalysts for growth in the secured/unsecured lending and personal finance verticals.
