About

India Finsec Limited, formerly known as Dynasore Leasing And Holdings Private Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 10th August 1994. The status of Company was changed to Public Limited Company and the name changed to Dynasore Leasing And Holdings Limited and subsequently, to India Finsec Limited in 2016. The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on April 15, 2025, approved the surrender of the Certificate of Registration (CoR) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for carrying on the business as a Non-Banking Financial Company - Investment and Credit Company (NBFC-ICC). The surrender of the CoR was undertaken to facilitate the conversion of the Company's subsidiary, IFL Finance Limited, from a Housing Finance Company (HFC) to a Non-Banking Financial Company - Investment and Credit Company (NBFCICC). Pursuant to the approval of the Board, the Company submitted an application to the RBI for surrender of its CoR. The RBI approved the application, and accordingly, with effect from July 17, 2025, the Company ceased to be an RBI-registered NBFC and is now functioning as an unregistered Core Investment Company (CIC). This surrender forms part of the Company's broader strategic initiative to streamline its group structure, optimise regulatory alignment, and strengthen its focus on core investment activities.
