The Company converted into a Public Company and name of the Company was changed to 'Infollion Research Services Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the RoC, Delhi on October 12, 2022. The Company is a tech-oriented marketplace, operating in the B2B Human Cloud segment, catering to on-demand contingent hiring and work arrangements with senior management talent, subject matter experts, independent consultants and high-ranking, seasoned professionals. The Company provide a platform for workers or knowledge providers (gig workers) and employers or knowledge seekers to connect and find synergistic outcomes. Key clients include Global Management Consulting firms, renowned Private Equity funds, Hedge funds, and mid-tier Corporates. Company is engaged in providing Expert Network Services. The Company cater to global hiring requirements for domestic and international clients. The proprietary technology stack and research capabilities empower to assist clients in connecting with a precise, and vetted subject matter experts. With these capabilities, the Company empower clients by enabling knowledge sharing sessions and provides flexi staffing solutions. It offers flexible modes to hire top management talent. It is known for facilitating contingent hiring for top tier corporate, management consulting firms, and investment firms. The Company came up with an Initial Public Offer aggregating an issue of 26,16,000 Equity Shares by raising funds amounting to Rs 21.45 Crore comprising a Fresh Issue of 22,24,000 Equity Shares amounting to Rs 18.24 Crore and 3,92,000 Equity Shares amounting to Rs 3.21 Crore through Offer for Sale in May, 2023.' Infollion Research Services Corp was formed as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with effect from July 16, 2024, upon acquisition of 100% shareholding in the Company.
