Infra Renewable Limited was originally formed as a partnership firm under the name of 'Infrax International' dated April 27, 2019. Later, the Firm was converted into a Public Limited company as 'Infrax Renewable Limited' dated September 23, 2024 vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by Central Registration Centre. Company provides Turnkey Solar Solutions involving the design, engineering, procurement & supply, construction & erection, testing, commissioning and comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of solar power plants. It serve a wide range of projects, including Rooftop residential solar projects and Ground Mounted Solar Projects from site assessment to the final execution of the project. The scope of services includes site assessment, system designing, procurement of solar modules and other components, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of solar power systems. During last three financial years, Company has developed, executed and commissioned 5,708 rooftop residential solar projects and ground mounted solar projects. It has further developed expertise in managing end-to-end solar EPC solutions, including site assessment, feasibility studies, design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance services. The Company has commenced business in new division IPP (Independent Power Producer) in FY26. Company has filed a Draft Prospectus with the SEBI & is planning for initial public offer of 39,31,200 Equity shares having the face value Rs 10 each, comprising a fresh issue of 32,50,800 Equity shares and the Offer for sale of 6,80,400 equity shares.
