Injecto Polymers Limitedwas incorporated on September 4, 1998 as 'Injecto Polymers Private Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. Further, Company was converted into a Public Company and the name of of the Company was changed to 'Injecto Polymers Limited' on July 8, 2024 issued by the Central Registration Centre. At present, Company is engaged in the production of Polypropylene Woven Fabrics, Polypropylene Woven Bags used for industrial and agricultural use, Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BoPP) bags, leno bags used for packing fruits and vegetables, Low Density and Polyester Pouch along with Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) bags used in chemical, steel, fertilizer and mineral industries and non-woven bags used in medical, hygiene, agriculture packaging and reusable shopping bags. Company's manufactured products are used across a variety of industries like, agriculture, construction, textiles, chemicals, and consumer goods. It operates two manufacturing units: Unit I is situated at Jamalpur, West Bengal and Unit II is situated at Howrah, West Bengal. Apart from this, Company procures plastic granules and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) resins in bulk. The trading activities in plastic granules and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) resins complements the manufacturing operations through competitive pricing, enhancing the market presence and better management of raw material. Company is planning the IPO of 56,13,500 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each, through Fresh Issue.
