Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited was incorporated as 'Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Private Limited' at Goa, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated September 5, 2006, issued by the Registrar of Companies. On the conversion of its status into a public Company, the name was changed to 'Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 4, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, at Mumbai. The Company offers a tech enabled healthcare provider enablement platform to US-based healthcare organizations which includes diversified and unique solutions spanning the healthcare value chain that helps US-based healthcare providers operate more effectively and efficiently. It offer a comprehensive platform that enables healthcare enterprises across inpatient and outpatient care. In recent decades, as the healthcare industry has matured, there has been increasing consolidation, particularly in the US, and practice of medicine has shifted from independent physicians operating their practices to healthcare enterprises, where most physicians are salaried employees rather than owners or partners. With the evolution and consolidation of healthcare industry, the Company provide solutions that address these increasing tasks and enable healthcare delivery enterprises to manage their business. As of September 30, 2024, the Company served nearly 778 US-based healthcare organizations. Some of their key clients include Mass General Brigham Inc., Texas Health Care PLLC, and The GI Alliance Management. The Company also acquired Aquity Holdings, to become a leading player in clinical documentation, medical coding and revenue integrity solutions for healthcare on October 27, 2023. The Company launched the initial public offer of 18,795,510 Equity Shares having the face value of Re 1/- each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 2498 Crore via offer for sale in December, 2024.
