Board of IRB Infrastructure Trust recommends 4th interim dividend

IRB Infrastructure Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the 4th interim dividend of Rs 0.46 per equity Share (i.e. 0.46%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
