Board of IRB Infrastructure Trust recommends dividend

IRB Infrastructure Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 August 2024, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 0.65 per equity Share (i.e. 0.65%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
