Board of IRB Infrastructure Trust recommends dividend

IRB Infrastructure Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2024, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 0.57 per equity Share (i.e. 0.57%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
