Jagsonpal Services Limited was initially incorporated as 'Jagsonpal Finance & Leasing Private Limited', as Private limited company on February 20, 1991. The Company was subsequently changed into a Public Limited Company in July, 1994 and the name of the Company was changed to Jagsonpal Finance & Leasing Limited and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has affected a change of name to Jagsonpal Services Limited on July 26, 2025. Company is engaged in the business of Finance, Leasing & Trading of shares & equity, commodities and real estate. Company was a Non Banking Finance Company registered with Reserve Bank of India as Loan and Investment Company. The company commenced leasing and hire purchase activities in 1993. It came out with a public issue in Apr.'95 to expand its business by diversifying into other areas of financial services like merchant banking, inter corporate deposits, project services and secretarial services; to finance the infrastructural facilities of the company and to build a strong financial base. Mr. Karthik Srinivasan acquired 30,77,010 Equity share representing of 55.94% of then equity share capital of the Company through open offer process from the Public Shareholders, making Mr. Karthik Srinivasan the Promoter of the Company on June 24, 2024. Presently, the Company has no operations. It is proposed to carry on the business in the area of development, consultancy, advisory of computer software, computer technology primarily for financial technology. The resolution for addition of the said object in the memorandum of association is passed by the members on 15th February 2025 via postal ballot.
