JNK India allots 1.66 lakh equity shares under ESOP

JNK India has allotted 1,66,500 equity shares under ESOP on 29 May 2025. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 11,19,07,830/- comprising of 5,59,53,915 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
