Kabra Jewels Limited was originally registered in 2010 in the name of 'KK Jewels' a proprietorship firm. The Company was then converted into a Private Limited Company with the name as 'Kabra & Malpani Jewels Private Limited' vide Certified dated July 21, 2010, with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat and again to Kabra Jewels Private Limited' dated June 28, 2012 vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the RoC, Gujarat. The Company status got changed to Public Limited Company w.e.f. August 05, 2024. Mr. Kailash Kabra, a first-generation jeweller, ventured into the world of gems and jewellery. The Company commenced business by dealing in the only solitaire diamonds category since the year 2010. It inaugurated the Chandi Mahal showroom for customers in silver items and silver articles division in 2016, opened the Shivranjani Bridal Showroom in gold old jadtar jewellery/ gold polki jewellery and gold kundan meena jewellery in 2017 and further opened The KK Diamond Showroom in real diamond jewellery, loose diamonds, solitaires and solitaire jewels in 2021. The Company operates in retail jewellery sector, offering gold, diamond, and silver ornaments and other offerings include gold and silver coins, utensils and other artifacts. The primary expertise is in designing and it market exclusive creations under the brand name 'KK Jewels'. The Company works on diverse product including rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, chains, necklaces, bangles and other wedding jewellery. The Company operate 6 showrooms under the brand KK Jewels Bridal, KK Jewels Diamond, KK Jewels Silver, KK Jewels Gold, KK Jewels - Atarashi and KK Jewels - Silver Studio, 3 offices and 1 exhibition centre located in the city of Ahmedabad. Gold, diamond and other jewellery inventory in each showroom reflects customer preferences and designs. The Company has expanded the business in Gandhidham Showroom for gold jewellery and kundan meena jewellery in FY23. The Company launched its initial public offer by allotting a fresh issue of 31,25,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10, and raising funds to Rs 40 Crore in January, 2025. The Company has opened Atarshi Minimalistic Showroom into 153olka and real diamond light jewellery in FY 2024-25.
