Subsequently, the firm was transformed into a Public Limited firm, and its name was changed to 'MK Proteins Limited', pursuant to a shareholders decision dated January 20, 2017, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 8, 2017, issued by the Registrar of Companies. The company manufactures and trades edible oils, and it has an edible oil production/refining plant. The company's production method includes refining crude oils to produce Refined Rice Bran Oil, Canola Oil, Soya Bean Oil, Sunflower Oil, and Rice Bran Bleached Oil. During the refining process, the firm also produces Rice Bran Fatty Acid Oil, Rice Bran Wax, Gums, and wasted earth, all of which are sellable. Furthermore, the corporation imports, processes, and sells crude oils. The firm also trades food and non-edible oils. In 2012, the firm acquired a lease, land, and building from the current location of its operations, Shib Charan Dass Industries Private Limited, the group company.
