MRPL announces appointment of directors

Mangalore Refinery And Petrochemicals announced the appointment of following persons as Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of MRPL for a period of three years w.e.f. the date of the notification of their appointment, or until further orders:

2. Manohar Singh Verma
3. Pankaj Gupta
