Headquartered in Vasai, Maharashtra, the Company opened the Warehouse at Vasai and Mumbai in 2018, at Karnataka in 2020, the Indore and Ahmedabad Warehouses in 2021, Hyderabad and Gurugram Warehouses in 2022, Chennai Warehouse in 2023 and the Pune Warehouse in 2025. The product portfolio includes cleaning and hygiene consumables such as Microfiber cloths, Surface Disinfectants, Sensorbased Dispensers, Bio-degradable Garbage Bags, Tissue Papers, Pedal Bins, Wringer Buckets, Vacuum Cleaners, Air Fresheners, Tool Kits, and related accessories - engineered for functionality, durability, and affordability. Company has evolved from a regional operation into a national player through robust supply chains and digital innovation. It operates warehouses 7 number of cities namely, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Gurugram, Chennai, Pune and Indore, totaling into a warehousing capacity of around 20,000 sq. ft. Company is planning the Initial Public Offer aggregating the issuance of 19,75,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10, comprising a fresh issue of 16,00,000 equity shares and the offer for sale of 3,75,000 equity shares.
