Bansisons Tea Industries Limited was incorporated on September 8, 1987 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Subsequently, Company changed its name to 'Essel Tea Exports Limited' dated May 19, 1992 and further the name of the Company was changed to 'Bansisons Tea Industries Limited' pursuant to fresh Certificate of incorporation issued by the ROC, West Bengal dated October 12, 1995. The change in name of the Company has been effected on January 19, 2026 to 'Novyra Pharmachem Limited' through postal ballot notice. Company is among the India's oldest tea brand from the land where the finest tea in the world is grown, Darjeeling. Established in 1987, it has well established brand and plants. Initially, the Company concentrated its main activities in increasing the tea plantation, maintenance of tea bushes and tea manufacturing. The Company is engaged in the business of leasing of garden for plucking of green leaves. The expert tea-makers use traditional techniques, combined with modern technology, to craft teas that are exceptional. They take pride in tea gardens, where Company grow a variety of tea clones, including the revered Camellia sinensis variety. The gardens are tended by its skilled tea estate workers, to ensure that every tea leaf is plucked with precision and care. Main object of the company has been amended during the year 2025-26. Thereby the Company has three reportable business segments mainly, Pharma, Real Estate & Tea Estate.
