Subsequently, the status of the Company got converted into Public Company and fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 08, 2022 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. PropEquity was founded on a visionary premise to address the challenges of large investments in an unstructured & opaque real estate environment that lacked realtime data. The Company is engaged in providing proprietary Real Estate Business Intelligence and Analytics platform on B2B business model to various users such as developers, construction industry, investors, banks, housing finance companies, equity research firms, real estate PE funds, REIT's, financial institutions, Mortgage Insurers, HNIs, Lenders and Investors in real estate. Company provides comprehensive and extensive real estate data at the national and sub-national/ regional levels representing over 180,000 projects covering 60,000 developers. Subsequent to this, the Company generates analysis for all verticals under residential, commercial and retail sectors from a macro to a micro level. In 2020-21, the Company launched the residential registration data product with MMR and Pune. It also launched the retail valuation business vertical. The Company acquired 8000 equity shares of Propedge Valuations Pvt Ltd, making it a subsidiary Company in 2021-22. The Company raised funds through IPO by issuing 27,72,000 Equity Shares to Rs 31.60 Crore, consisting a Fresh Issue of 14,52,000 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs. 16.56 Crore and an Offer for Sale of 13,20,000 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs. 15.04 Crore in March, 2022. The Company has launched the PropEquity platform, an online subscription-based real estate data and analytics platform in 2024. Further, it has launched Version 3.0 of the PE Plus platform, which improved its usability and data insights in 2025.
