Pidilite Industries allots 1,200 equity shares under ESOP

Pidilite Industries has allotted 1,200 equity shares under ESOP on 21 March 2025. After allotment of aforesaid equity shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased from 50,86,47,555 to 50,86,48,755.
