Pincon Sprit Ltd. was incorporated on June 29, 1978, as 'Sarang Viniyog Limited' under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and received the certificate of Commencement of Business on July 5, 1978. Subsequently the name of our Company was changed to Pincon Spirit Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated, August 5, 2011. During the period 2005-2009, PSL Group acquired significant shares in Pincon Spirit, The company launched Pincon XXX Rum, Pincon No. 1 Whisky. The company bacame largest Liquor distributor in the state of West Bengal. In 2010, the companies Pincon XXX Matured Rum product through its highly successfuly trading and distribution became the third largest in Rum Segment as per the West Bengal Bonders & Manufacturers Association. In 2011, the company launched Pincon King's Coin 50x Rum, Pincon King's Coin 50x Whisky and Pincon King's Coin 50x Vodka In 2012, the company Launched Ruby Gold XO Brandy. In 2013, the company Launched Highland Blue Whisky and its brand got Registered with Odisha State Beverages Corporation & with Uttarakhand, Jharkhand Governments. The company Obtained sole distributorship in West Bengal for FASHION VODKA, a premium Vodka Brand. In 2014, the company Commenced South India and North India operations for Pincon Brand FMCG and IMFL products. The company also Obtained order from West Bengal Essential Supply Corporation Ltd., Govt. of West Bengal, for supply of Mustard Oil through PDS. During the year, the company also Obtained permission from Govt. of West Bengal for manufacturing of Country Liquor and launched Pincon Bangla No. 1 in West Bengal. In 2015, the company Obtained permission from Excise Commissioner, West Bengal for setting up second own Manufacturing CS Liquor on PSL's own industrial land in Belda, near Kharagpur. The company also launched Pincon Ultra Force XXX Jamaican Rum and Ruby Gold Orange Flavour Gin. The company also completed Acquisition of C.S. Liquor Plant of Nation Industrial Corporation Limited (NICOLS') for catering specially to the C.S. Liquor market of the mining belt of West Bengal at Asansol and its adjoining areas.
