Ravelcare Limited, originally incorporated and registered as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of 'Ravelcare Private Limited' dated November 29, 2018 issued by Central Registration Centre was converted into a Public Limited and the Company name was changed to 'Ravelcare Limited', vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 14, 2024 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The Company is engaged in trading of variety of Personal Care Products such as Haircare, Skincare, Bodycare solutions and other related products.
