Real Touch Finance Limited was formerly incorporated in the name of Associated Ceramics Limited on December 27, 1984. The Company changed its name from Associated Ceramics Limited to Real Touch Finance Limited in 2015. Presently, the Company is a subsidiary of M/s Ultraplus Housing Estate Private Limited, holding 68,69,620 shares aggregating to 54.12% in the Company in FY 2025. Real Touch Finance Limited is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The company offers a wide range of financial services, including Loan against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, and Structured Loans to Micro and Small Enterprises, along with financing in the Real Estate sector and funding to other NBFCs into impact lending Space. Headquartered in Kolkata, Company operates across West Bengal and Tamil Nadu. In line with its growth strategy and expansion plans, the company has established several branch offices across Tamil Nadu, including locations such as Chennai, Kancheepuram, Thiruvallur, Villupuram, Arani, Vandavasi, Chengalpattu, Thiruvannamalai, and Tindivanam.
