Further, the name of the Company was changed to Rithwik Facility Management Services Private Limited on August 18, 2017. Subsequently, it was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Rithwik Facility Management Services Limited on September 15, 2017. The Company is one among the top Companies providing Facility Management Services in the Organized sector in Chennai and Coimbatore. It began the business in 2010 with management of commercial buildings. In 2018-19, it established as the leading Turnkey service provider in Chennai. The area of expertise spans Building maintenance, Electrical maintenance, Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) maintenance along with the state of the art Security Systems. Apart from this, Company facilitate the smooth and seamless transformation of office spaces from skeletal frameworks to high-functioning. It further provide the facilities such as workstations, loose furniture, electrical systems, security personnel and safety equipment, climatization control to suit the working conditions and the best fire-safety systems. In January 2018, the Company came up with Public Issue of 8,10,000 Equity Shares by raising capital from public aggregating Rs 4.05 Cr. Presently, Company is maintaining Office space nearly One million Square feet in Chennai and Coimbatore catering to a total of 73 clients. RFMS is also providing services to execute turnkey projects to execute Fitments for the warm shell to Plug and play facility. As part of growth commitment, Company is in process of acquiring major stake in Solar Power generation Companies.
