Board of Tata Communications approves fund raising up to Rs 1,000 cr

The Board of Tata Communications at its meeting held on 17 July 2025 has approved the proposal for raising of funds through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis, for an amount up to Rs 1,000 crore.
