Tech Mahindra allots 82,848 equity shares under ESOS

Tech Mahindra has allotted 82,848 equity shares under ESOS on 19 February 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 978,918,457 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
