Thereafter, the status was converted from a Private Limited to a Public Limited , and the name of the Company was changed from 'Unified Data- Tech Solutions Private Limited' to 'Unified Data- Tech Solutions Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 26, 2024 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Company is playing a vital role in carrying out the business of IT Infrastructure Services and System Integration and has been playing a vital role in formulating business strategies and its effective implementation. Incorporated in 2010, Unified Data- Tech Solutions Limited is a technology company specializing in system integration. The Company provide comprehensive IT solutions, including data centre infrastructure, virtualization, data protection, networking, cybersecurity, secure application delivery etc. Their services cater to a wide range of industries, such as banking, finance, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, IT and IT-enabled services etc. They collaborate closely with clients to develop, implement, and manage cost-effective, secure, and high-performance IT solutions that meet their unique requirements, providing ongoing support to optimize their systems. The Company launched the Offer for Sale of 52,92,000 Equity Shares via IPO having face value of Rs 10 each by raising Rs 144.47 Crore in May 2025.
