Vama Wovenfab Limited was initially incorporated on March 16, 2011, as a private Company as 'Vama Wovenfab Private Limited' with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Subsequently, the status was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Vama Wovenfab Limited' on August 21, 2025 via fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Processing Centre. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and selling Polypropylene (PP)/ High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Woven Sack Bags & Fabric based products like HDPE Trampoline and Coloured Woven Fabric Sheets, Loop handle bags. It also trade in plastic granules. The Company established its manufacturing unit at Bhimpore, Daman and commenced production in 2013. The unit started with a production of Poly Propylene / H.D.P.E woven sack bags & fabrics in 2021. Production primarily uses plastic granules, which are melted, extruded into tapes, and woven into fabric for conversion into customized woven bags, with reprocessed granules from recycled residues also utilized to optimize resources. Additionally, ancillary inputs such as BOPP films, liners, yarn, inks, and paper cores are used to provide strength, protection, printability, and finishing task for delivering packaging solutions. Additionally, during the financial year 2022-23, Company also facilitated exports to Dubai. Company is planning the Initial Public Offer of 16,01,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 through Fresh Issue.
