Energy-Mission Machineries (India) Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited Company under the name of Energy-Mission Machineries (India) Private Limited on January 17, 2011 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli bearing registration number as 063696. Thereafter, the Company was converted from private limited to public limited, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary general meeting held on July 31, 2023 and the name of the Company was changed from Energy-Mission Machineries (India) Private Limited to Energy-Mission Machineries (India) Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 11, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Corporate identification number of the Company is U29100GJ2011PLC063696.
