Digitide's roots lie in Quess Corp, where digital services grew delivering enterprise-grade Al solutions and managing critical operations for global clients across various industries. Digitide was formed in 2024 following the strategic demerger of Quess Corp. It transitioned the power of AI, automation, proprietary platforms, and deep domain expertise. On March 4, 2025, the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Bangalore Bench, approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement for the demerger of Quess Corp Limited. Through the Composite Scheme of Arrangement, the Company along with Bluspring Enterprises Limited, was demerged from Quess Corp Limited. The said Demerger involved a strategic realignment by Quess Corp to create three distinct business verticals: Quess Corp Limited, Digitide Solutions Limited, and Bluspring Enterprises Limited. The said Demerger became effective on June 11, 2025. In terms of the Demerger, Shareholders of Quess Corp received one share each of the Company and Bluspring Enterprises for every share they held in Quess Corp. This demerger has allowed Quess Corp to focus on separate business areas, including workforce management and facility services. In 2025, the Company has launched 4 proprietary platforms comprising of PulseCXM.ai - Intelligent customer lifecycle management for CX transformation. Assurance Intelligence - Al agents powering next-generation test automation, Cognitive Automation - Low-code, data-led intelligence for faster decision-making and PulseEXM.ai - Al-driven employee experience, automating HRMS from hire to retire. Digitide was made an independent Al-first tech services company, which has carved out the tech, digital and BPM services in FY2025.
