Step 1: Visit the official website of UIDAI.
Step 2: Click on the ‘My Aadhaar’ option on the top menu.
Step 3: Go to the ‘Aadhaar Service’ menu.
Step 4: Click on the 'Retrieve Lost or Forgotten EID/UID'.
Step 5: Select ‘Aadhaar No. (UID) option or the ‘Enrolment ID (EID) option.
Step 6: Enter your details such as name, registered phone number, or registered mail ID.
Step 7: Enter the Captcha Verification and click on the ‘Send OTP’ button.
Step 8: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
Step 9: Click on the ‘Verify and download’ button.
