    As soon as you submit your grievance, the complaint undergoes the below process:

    • Step 1: The complaint or grievance is examined.
    • Step 2: Once approved by the Deputy Director, it is passed on to the respective Regional Office or Concerned Section at the headquarters.
    • Step 3: The respective concerned section or the regional office will resolve the grievance online.
