- Aequs Limited was originally incorporated as 'Mechanical Training Acadamy Private Limited' on March 27, 2000, as a private limited company with the RoC, Karnataka.
- The name of Company was changed to 'Quest Machining & Manufacturing Private Limited' on April 18, 2006 and to 'Quest Global Manufacturing Private Limited' on March 24, 2011 and further to 'Aequs Private Limited' dated March 5, 2014.
- Subsequently, upon the conversion of the status into a Public Limited Company, the name of the Company was changed to 'Aequs Limited', w.e.f.
- May 7, 2025 issued by the Central Processing Center.
- The Company carry on the operations relating to manufacture of machined parts used in aerospace and products related to consumer market.
