- Again, the name was changed from Dee Power and Electricals Private Limited' to Divine Power Energy Private Limited' dated July 11, 2023.
- Subsequently, Company got converted from a Private Company to Public Company dated August 03, 2023 attaining the name of the Company to Divine Power Energy Limited'. The Company made a fresh issue of 56,88,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by raising Rs 22.76 crore by way of IPO on June 28, 2024. The Company is a manufacturer of insulated wire, cable wire, cable and other insulated conductors at Sahibabad (Uttar Pradesh).
