Why is the error Account closure cannot be processed online for your account. Please initiate request offline displayed?

For BlinkX, the online closure mechanism is exclusively designed for the simple, uniform structure of an individual account. 

Since we do not officially on-board non-individual clients, our digital infrastructure has no module or workflow to even begin the closure for such an entity. The error message is the system's way of saying, "This account type is not recognized for online processing."

Individual accounts are the only way to use the platform. There is no process to close a non-individual account because you cannot open one.
