- Pursuant to the acquisition, name of the Company was changed to Anirit Ventures Limited' with effect from December 20, 2024 to align with the new objects of the Company. During FY 2024-25, the focus was on capability and capacity building, strengthening governance, aligning organizational structures, and developing a growth strategy in green energy and advanced materials.
