- The name of the Company was changed from 'Om Metals & Minerals Limited' to 'Om Metals Limited' on 21 December, 2004 and to 'Om Metals Infraprojects Limited' on 29 March, 2006 and further to 'Om Infra Limited' on 7 January, 2021. Om Infra Limited, is a conglomerate having diverse business activities and interests related to Hydro mechanical equipments, turn key solutions for steel fabrication, Hydro power developments, Real Estate, Leasing, Finance, Entertainment centers, Hotels and tourism. The Company is in the field of turnkey execution - from design, detail engineering, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of complete range of Hydro mechanical equipment of hydroelectric power and irrigation projects, PHED, PWD & various Corporations with its manufacturing facilities located at Kota Rajasthan and project sites.
