About Ashutosh Fibre Ltd

Our Company was originally incorporated on May 21, 1985 under the name Ashutosh Fibre Private Limited at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Certificate of Incorporation was issued at Ahmedabad by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat bearing Registration Number 007831 of 1985. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on July 29, 2024, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to Ashutosh Fibre Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 21, 2025 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The present CIN of our Company is U24299GJ1985PLC007831.
