Further, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on November 04, 2023 and the name of our Company was changed from Cash Ur Drive Marketing Private Limited to Cash Ur Drive Marketing Limited & Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh has issued a new certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion dated December 01, 2023, bearing CIN U74999CH2009PLC031677.
