Our Company was incorporated on December 15, 2020, under the name of `Eventions Private Limited', as a private limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Thereafter, our Company was converted from private limited to public limited, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on February 17, 2026 and the name of our Company was changed from Eventions Private Limited to Eventions Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 26, 2026 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The Corporate identification number of our Company is U92190HR2020PLC091592.

Our Company operates in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) and Event Management segment and is engaged in providing services relating to the planning, coordination and execution of corporate events, conferences and related activities. These services are generally provided to corporate clients and institutions and involve coordination of venues, travel arrangements, accommodation, logistics management and on-site event execution support depending on the scope of the engagement. Our services are typically delivered on a project-specific basis, wherein clients engage the Company for the planning and execution of particular programs or events. A portion of the Company's assignments are received through repeat engagements from existing corporate clients, where organisations periodically organise meetings, conferences and corporate events.
