Our Company was originally formed as a Private Limited Company in the name of Fusion Klassroom Edutech Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 on November 03, 2016 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre bearing Corporate Identity Number U74999MH2016PTC287390. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a special resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of our Company held on September 29, 2025 and the name was changed to Fusion Klassroom Edutech Limited pursuant to a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 17, 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre bearing Corporate Identity Number U74999MH2016PLC287390.

Essential categories, including education, dominated India's consumption basket in Fiscal 2024, comprising ~70% of monthly per capita consumption expenditure-a proportion higher than in developed economies. For comparison, essential categories accounted for ~59% of consumption expenditure in the United States in CY2023.

Fusion Klassroom Edutech Limited is an education technology company operating a scalable, AI-enabled hybrid learning ecosystem in India. Incorporated in 2016, the Company delivers academic education, competitive examination preparation, skill development, and employability-oriented training through its proprietary AI-powered Education OTT platform, offline partner centres, and institutional and government collaborations. The Company's offerings span school education, test preparation, professional and vocational courses, and emerging technology programs, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. To date, Klassroom has recorded over 4 lakhs cumulative learner registrations, more than 1 lakh paid subscribers, and is supported by a library of over 100 courses and more than 3,300 hours of proprietary digital content.
