About Injecto Polymers Ltd

Our Company was incorporated on September 4, 1998 in the name and style of Injecto Polymers Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation bearing CIN: U28113WB1998PTC087875 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. Further, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders of our Company at the Extra- Ordinary General Meeting held on March 27, 2024 and consequently the name of our Company was changed from Injecto Polymers Private Limited to Injecto Polymers Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 8, 2024 pursuant to conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre bearing CIN: U28113WB1998PLC087875.

The packaging industry in India has played a significant role in recent years in advancing innovation and technology in the nation and enhancing value across a range of manufacturing sectors, including the FMCG and agricultural industries. Packaging is currently the fifth largest sector of Indian economy. Packaging is among the high growth industries in India and developing at the rate of 22-25% per annum and becoming a preferred hub for packaging industry. The India Packaging Market was estimated to be worth Rs. 1,02,732 crore (US$ 12.9 billion) in FY25 and is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.6% to reach Rs. 1,79, 781 crore (US$ 21.0 billion) by FY33. As of Sep 2024, India has become the third-largest packaging market globally, surpassing Japan, with the industry exceeding Rs. 7,36,246 crore (US$ 86 billion). As the packaging industry stands as the fifth largest industry in India, the government plans to adopt several initiatives that focus on the sustainability manufacturing methods, minimizing of plastic packaging and adoption of sustainable material for the packaging industry.

We derive a significant portion of our revenue from operations from limited number of customers, and theloss of one or more such customers, the deterioration of their financial condition or prospects, or a reductionin their demand for our products could adversely affect our business, results of operations, financial conditionand cash flows. Any adverse change in the business relationship with one or more of our top1, top3, top 5 andtop 10 customers, including a reduction in order volume, changes in contract terms, delayed payments, ortermination, could materially and adversely affect our revenue, cash flows, and overall financial performance.

Our dependence on high trading activities exposes us to risks such as volatility in prices oftraded goods, demand-supply fluctuations, higher inventory requirements, low margins, counterpartydefaults, and competition due to low barriers to entry, which may adversely impact our business, financialconditions, results of operations and cash flows.

A significant portion of our revenue from operations is generated from Eastern India especially from WestBengal. Any adverse development affecting our business operations in these regions could have a negativeimpact on our revenue and results of operations.
