About Leap India Ltd

Our Company was incorporated as LEAP India Private Limited as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated July 3, 2013, issued by the RoC. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a Board resolution dated June 27, 2025, and a special resolution passed by our Shareholders on July 17, 2025, and consequently the name of our Company was changed to LEAP India Limited, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 31, 2025 was issued by the RoC CPC.

As India scales its global manufacturing footprint, the need for efficient, digitally integrated, and resilient supply chains is becoming more critical. Modern warehousing, material handling equipment (MHE), and pallet systems are increasingly vital to meeting global standards. While developed economies like North America or the EU have more than 90% palletization rates in CY2024, emerging economies, especially India, shows a very high growth potential with only 15% palletization in CY2024.
