A substantial portion (approximately 97.32% of total Super Built-Up Area) of the Project Celestia have been leased to managed office providers and co-working space operators who have further entered into contracts with end users, and any adverse impact on the business of such end users may adversely affect our lessees' ability to meet their obligations and, consequently, our revenues and financial condition.
