Our Company was incorporated on December 23, 2014 as Robokidz Eduventures Private Limited, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an Extra Ordinary general Meeting held on March 25, 2026 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to Robokidz Eduventures Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 21, 2026 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
