About UHM Vacation Ltd

Our Company was incorporated as UHM Vacation Private Limited as per the provision of Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated March 17, 2009 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. The Company was then converted into a public limited company, pursuant to a shareholder's resolution passed at the general meeting of our Company held on June 24, 2024, and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to `UHM Vacation Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 31, 2024, was issued by the ROC, Central Processing Centre bearing CIN: U55101MH2009PLC190976.
