Hero MotoCorp responds to bourses

Hero MotoCorp has issued a clarification regarding recent news concerning an FIR filed against the company and its officials. The matter in question dates back to 2009-10 and involves a service provider, Brains Logistics Pvt. Ltd., whose promoter is Roop Darshan Pandey.
It's important to note that while the complainant mentioned company officials in the complaint, no company official has been named in the FIR. In 2013, Hero MotoCorp also filed an FIR against Brains Logistics Pvt. Ltd., and the legal proceedings are currently ongoing in the appropriate court.
Hero MotoCorp aims to provide this information for the benefit of its stakeholders and to provide clarity on the matter.
