- Axis Solutions Limited, initially known as 'Saya Housing Finance Company Limited' was incorporated in December, 1985.
- The name of the Company was changed to 'Asya Infrastructure & Tourism Corporation Limited' in March, 2008 and further to 'Asya Infrastructure & Tourism Corporation Limited' in March, 2010 and to 'Asya Infosoft Limited' in 2013.
- Now, the name of the Company is again changed to Axis Solutions Limited on July 22, 2025. Founded in 1999, under the leadership of Mr. Bijal Sanghvi, AXIS started with analytical and analyzer system solutions like CEMS, SWAS, GAS, Purge Panels, HVACM Analyser Shelter, TOC, COD, EQMS Analysers.
- The aim was to cater to oil & gas, petrochemical, refineries, power plants, coal & mining, chemical and other engineering verticals in India, SAARC countries, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and other countries of the EMEA region.
