- Rushabh Precision Bearings Ltd (RPBL) was originally incorporated as a Pvt Ltd Co on 21st Aug,89 and was later converted into a Public Ltd Co on 5th Sep,94.
- It was promoted by Shri Dhirajlal H Vora and his son Shri Rajesh D Vora who are mainly dealing in bearings manufactured by ZVL-ZKL Co Ltd., Czechoslovakia as its sole selling agents in India. RPBL established facilities for manufacture of precision bearings, i.e. mainly for heat treatment and machining of components.
- The Company is marketing its products under the brand name "SRS".
- The Company manufactures the bearing rings (inner and outer) while the rolling elements and cages are being imported from ZVL-ZKL CZechoslovakia. The main objects of the Company are to carry on the business of manufacturing & dealing in Ball & Roller bearings taper, spherical, Needle, cylindrical roller bearing and the business of iron founders.
