Subsequently, Company was converted into Public Company and name of the Company changed to 'Arham Technologies Limited' dated January 11, 2022 issued by Registrar of Companies, Chhattisgarh. The Company is engaged in manufacturing, sales and after sales service of LED SmartTelevisions, Computer Monitors, Electrical Fans, Washing Machines, Mixer Grinders, Air Coolers, and other Electronic & Electrical Home appliances under the brand Starshine'.
It has network of dealers and distributors across Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Vidarbha, Andhra Pradesh and parts of Uttar Pradesh.

Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Chandigarh, KDDL Limited has established itself as a leading manufacturer and trader of watches and their components.
KDDL Limited faced difficulties due to adverse government policies, infrastructural problems and the sudden liquidation of its original Swiss collaborator, Leschot.
The Company was incorporated on 8 January, 1981 as 'Kamla Dials and Devices Limited' which was subsequently changed to 'KDDL Limited' on 14 September, 2007.
