About Aspinwall & Company Ltd

Aspinwall & Company Limited, is one of the earliest commercial enterprises in the Malabar Coast of South India, established in year 1867, by the legendary English trader and visionary, John H. Aspinwall.
In 1867, John H Aspinwall acquired the business of Scott Brothers and launched Aspinwall & Company, offering a range of shipping services, besides carrying on business in timber, spices and several other agro products.
In 1884, John H Aspinwall expired and the Company remained into the hand of his partner W.N. Black. In 1956, the Erstwhile Royal Family of Travancore acquired a small interest in Aspinwall, when it became a Public Limited Company.
In the early '70's, when the English owners decided to disinvest, a major portion of the company's shareholding was taken over by the Erstwhile Royal Family, and they hold the controlling interest till date.

About Future Supply Chain Solutions Ltd

Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited was incorporated on March 8, 2006 as Future Logistic Solutions Limited, at Mumbai, Maharashtra as a Public Limited Company.
Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to the Change of Name was issued by the RoC dated October 23, 2009. The Company is India's first fully integrated and IT enabled end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics Company with capabilities in handling Modern Warehousing, Express Logistics, Cold Chain Logistics etc.
The Company caters to corporates in Food & Beverages, Lifestyle, Consumer Electronics & High Tech, Automotive & Engineering, Home & Furniture, Healthcare, General Merchandise and E-Commerce sectors.
