Adani Enterprises raises Rs 700 crore via NCDs; Stock up 1%

Adani Enterprises share price gains on Thursday morning session after the announcement to the exchanges regarding allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis.

 

At around 9:30 AM, shares of Adani Enterprises were surging by 1.07% at Rs 2514.70 per share on the BSE.

 

As per the regulatory filing, the Company has raised Rs 700 crore on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 by allotment of 70,000 Secured, Unrated, Unlisted, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000/- each on private placement basis.
